State Person In-Charge

Job Summary

The State PIC will be responsible for expanding the DXN business by identifying new opportunities, supporting sales and recruitment efforts, promoting products, and fostering strong relationships with networkers. The role requires a strategic mindset combined with hands-on operational support to ensure business growth, customer satisfaction, and effective coordination of company initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Business Expansion

  • Identify and explore new market areas to expand DXN’s presence and business footprint.
  • Develop strategies for tapping into new customer segments and geographic regions.

Performance Monitoring

  • Oversee and evaluate the sales and recruitment activities of branches, super stockists, and stockists.
  • Identify gaps and recommend actions to drive business growth.

Marketing and Product Launch Support

  • Facilitate marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
  • Support the successful launch of new products and ensure alignment with company objectives.

Network Development

  • Monitor and support the development and performance of networkers.
  • Provide guidance and resources to help networkers achieve their goals.

Relationship Building

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with networkers.
  • Support their personal and professional growth through mentoring and encouragement.

Conflict Resolution & Customer Care

  • Address conflicts among networkers and mediate disputes constructively.
  • Respond to market requests, queries, and complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.

Training & Feedback

  • Ensure the delivery of training programs across regions.
  • Collect feedback from networkers and participants to continuously enhance training content and effectiveness.

Event Coordination

  • Plan and coordinate company activities including monthly meetings, motivational rallies, mega sizzles, recognition nights, and other engagement initiatives.

Product Availability

  • Ensure product availability at key stock points to meet market demand.
  • Work closely with the supply chain to prevent shortages and manage inventory effectively.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor activities and track networker engagement with other MLM companies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to strengthen market positioning.

Reporting

  • Prepare and submit monthly progress reports highlighting key metrics, achievements, challenges, and actionable insights.

Educational Qualification

  • UG: B.B.A / B.M.S - Management
  • PG: MBA/PGDM (2 years) - Any Specialization

Regional Risk & Compliance Officer

Job Summary

The Regional Risk & Compliance Officer is responsible for leading the effective implementation and management of the Group’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Compliance frameworks across all DXN Group of companies within the assigned region. Key responsibilities include ensuring adherence to internal policies, procedures, and external regulatory obligations to safeguard the Group’s integrity, reputation, and business continuity, ensuring the timely and accurate update of the Compliance Register and Risk Register, with appropriate identification, assessment, and mitigation of compliance and operational risks and overseeing the implementation of risk mitigation and compliance initiatives. This role also serves as the primary liaison between Group Risk & Compliance and the DXN Group of companies within the assigned region, facilitating two-way communication and providing expert guidance on risk and compliance matters.

Key Responsibilities

Risk Management Oversight

  • Implement and maintain the Group’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework across all subsidiaries in the assigned region.
  • Coordinate regional risk identification, risk evaluation, and development of mitigation strategies. Facilitate regular risk assessments and scenario planning with country-level and regional leadership teams.
  • Monitor risk indicators and ensure subsidiaries update and maintain risk registers aligned to Group policy.
  • Support the integration of risk management into strategic planning, budgeting, and key business decisions.

Regulatory Compliance

  • Monitor local regulatory requirements in each jurisdiction within the region and assess their impact on operations.
  • Ensure each subsidiary implements controls and procedures to comply with:
    • Local statutory and regulatory laws
    • International standards (e.g., AML/CFT, anti-bribery and corruption laws, data protection regulations, sanctions compliance)
  • Lead regional compliance reviews and ensure resolution of identified gaps or issues.
  • Ensure effective reporting and investigation of compliance breaches or incidents.

Policy Implementation & Monitoring

  • Disseminate and enforce Group policies, standards, and procedures across the region.
  • Customize implementation guidelines to suit regional and country-specific environments while maintaining Group integrity.

Business Continuity & Crisis Response

  • Support subsidiaries in the development and testing of Business Continuity Plans (BCPs).
  • Actively contribute to crisis response planning and serve as a point of contact during regional incidents.
  • Coordinate post-incident investigations, root cause analyses, and remediation plans.

Qualifications

Education

  • A degree in Risk Management, Law, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field

Experience

  • At least 3–5 years of experience in risk management, compliance, legal and/or audit roles, preferably in multinational or regional settings
  • Exposure to the specific region regulatory environments, financial crime risk, and operational challenges is an added advantage

Group Internal Auditor

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Group Internal Auditor (Executive/Senior Executive) to join our internal audit team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and enhancing the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and financial and operational processes across the organization. This role requires developing and executing audit programs in compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and applicable Indian laws including the Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, FSSAI, and Ayurveda regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, financial and operational processes.
  • Prepare practical audit programs for assigned functions and activities, ensuring coverage of company policies, internal controls, SOPs, and applicable Indian laws, as well as company-related FSSAI and Ayurveda rules and laws.
  • Make verbal or written presentations to the superior during and at the end of the audit, discussing deficiencies and recommending corrective actions to improve operational efficiency.
  • Prepare formal written reports expressing opinions on the adequacy and effectiveness of the system and the efficiency of activities.
  • Appraise the adequacy of actions taken by auditees and operating management to correct reported deficiencies.
  • Directly report work-related matters to HQ Malaysia (Head of Department of Group Internal Audit).
  • Perform ad hoc assignments as directed by HQ Malaysia (Head of Department of Group Internal Audit).

Qualifications

Education

  • Candidate must possess at least a degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Alternatively, a recognized professional accreditation such as CA, CIA, ACCA, CPA, etc., is acceptable.

Experience

  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field or in a sizable audit firm or public listed company is required.

Key Competencies / Skills

  • Strong understanding of accounting, internal controls, business processes, company policies, SOPs, and applicable Indian laws, as well as company-related FSSAI and Ayurveda rules and laws.
  • Able to manage audit assignments independently.
  • Positive work attitude and good team player.
  • Good communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills, as well as strong computer and report-writing skills.
  • Experience in IT audit or possessing sound computer systems and analytical knowledge is an advantage.
  • Demonstrates an aptitude for handling challenging tasks.
